I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics, Applied Statistics, and International Business (EASIB) at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM. I received my Ph.D. in economics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2016.My research interests involve theoretical and empirical work in International Trade and Environmental Economics.
My teaching interests are broad, but I have enjoyed teaching Trade and Development, Intermediate Macro and other aspects of Political Economy, and acting as a business “coach” for undergraduate business students (see Market Place Live).
